Send an email to freelance.linguist22@gmail.com or use the form on our contact page. Include the languages involved, what type of content it is, roughly how long it is, and when you need it. We usually reply with a quote within a day.
Our main work is with European languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Russian, Polish, and others. We also cover Indian languages like Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada, plus Arabic, Chinese, and Japanese. If yours is not on the list, just ask.
It depends on the language pair, the subject matter, how much text there is, and how soon you need it. Documents are usually priced per word or per page. Interpretation is priced by the hour. We always send a clear quote before starting any work.
Most documents take 2 to 5 working days, depending on length. If you are in a hurry, let us know and we will see what we can do. The exact timeline goes in the quote so there are no surprises.
Yes. We do certified translations for birth certificates, marriage certificates, academic records, legal papers, and similar documents. A signed statement of accuracy is included. Mention that you need certification when you write to us.
Yes. Your documents, business files, and personal details are kept private. We do not pass them to anyone else without your permission.
We accept most common formats including PDF, Word (.docx), Excel, PowerPoint, plain text, HTML, and subtitle files (SRT, VTT). For scanned documents, please send clear, readable copies. We can discuss format preferences when delivering the final translation.
Yes. If something needs a minor change after delivery, we will fix it at no extra cost as long as it is reasonable. We want you to be happy with the final version.
Yes. We are in Chennai but most of our work comes from other cities and countries. Everything can be done over email. On-site interpretation in Chennai is available if you need someone physically present.
